Draft — pending legal review
This document is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. Treat it as informational only. Every entity-identifying fact and every retention/deletion period below is marked [PENDING LEGAL VERIFICATION] until confirmation.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hemavoy and of hemavoy.com. By signing up, unlocking a report, or sharing an analysis with a relative, you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. The service is offered in draft form below; the final terms will replace this draft once reviewed by a qualified lawyer.

1. The educational nature of Hemavoy

Hemavoy is an educational companion. It explains what common lab values usually mean, flags where they fall outside the typical reference range for the patient's age and sex, and helps families prepare for the next conversation with a clinician. Hemavoy is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe, monitor, or substitute for a licensed clinician. Hemavoy never establishes a clinician–patient relationship. If you or someone you are caring for has acute symptoms, contact emergency services — do not rely on Hemavoy.

2. Limitations of liability

The Hemavoy output is informational and is generated from publicly available reference ranges. We do our best to keep that output accurate and to handle your data carefully, but we cannot guarantee that any specific interpretation is correct for you or that the underlying reference ranges are error-free. Within the limits allowed by applicable consumer and health-data law, Hemavoy is not liable for any medical, financial, or other decision you make on the basis of a Hemavoy output.

3. Payment conditions

Paid Hemavoy tiers are one-time or recurring, charged in Romanian leu (RON) through Stripe via the Polsia Stripe Connect integration. Hemavoy does not store your card details at any point. Subscription tiers (Hemavoy Unlimited) renew monthly and can be cancelled from your account; one-time tiers (Hemavoy Report, Hemavoy Pack, Hemavoy Family) cover a fixed number of report credits that do not expire unless your account is deleted. [PENDING LEGAL VERIFICATION] — final tier names, prices, and consumer-rights handling for distance contracts in Romania and the EU.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you may, in principle, withdraw from a paid purchase within 14 days of the contract. Hemavoy considers a paid report consumed and the service delivered at the moment you unlock the plain-language interpretation of a report, so the right of withdrawal does not extend to a report that has already been unlocked. For unused pack credits, subscription cancellations, and Family-tier unallocated credits, contact office@hemavoy.com and we will process the request in line with the underlying refund policy. [PENDING LEGAL VERIFICATION] — final refund and withdrawal language for EU consumers.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will post the new version here, update the last-updated date at the bottom of this page, and notify active account holders by email for material changes.
