The value sits inside the typical reference range for the patient's age and sex. No action warranted beyond routine follow-up.
Methodology
Where the numbers come from.
Hemavoy scores every value against a fixed reference range, then translates the verdict into calm, plain language. This page explains exactly how the scoring works and lists every public reference behind it — so the whole family can read the source, not just the score.
How scoring works
Three bands, no diagnosis.
Each marker carries a typical range, calibrated to the right age and sex. Hemavoy classifies each value into one of three bands. None of these bands is a diagnosis — they are the consensus reading mapped to how much conversation a marker is worth.
The value drifts just outside the typical range — up to ±10%. Often a transient dip or spike; worth rechecking in a few weeks and raising at the next routine visit.
The value is meaningfully below the typical range. Worth discussing with a clinician — not urgent on its own, but worth the next routine conversation.
The value is meaningfully above the typical range. Often tied to lifestyle, medication, or stress. Worth discussing with a clinician at the next routine visit.

Reference ranges
Each marker, its typical band, and its source.
The ranges below are the ones Hemavoy uses for the 20 most common markers on a routine panel. The 'Source' column lists the public publisher references the range was drawn from; every range is educational — never a diagnostic threshold.
Sources
Every publisher behind the scoring engine.
Hemavoy is, fundamentally, a reading guide over published reference intervals. The publishers below are the public medical institutions and labs whose ranges Hemavoy draws from. Each is a public, educational reference — never a diagnostic threshold on its own.
